The Pitch

French Billiards × Roguelike

Carnaval Marbles fuses the systemic depth of Balatro with the skill-based satisfaction of a physics game. Build an engine of synergies — then physically land the shot to make it fire.

Carnaval Marbles is a tactical roguelike born from French billiards: three balls, no pockets, all about angles, rebounds, and timing. On this precision-based foundation, the game layers a deep roguelike economy — 96 Talismans, 9 Runes, and 7 Marble Bonuses that combine into thousands of build paths, where every shot can chain into a 50,000-point cascade.

Most systemic roguelikes are pure strategy: your build decides everything. Carnaval Marbles adds a layer no other has — your build decides what CAN happen, but your shot decides what DOES. The cue is in your hands. Aim still matters.

Set in a dark carnival inspired by European folklore — masked spectators, faded velvet, painted shadows — Carnaval Marbles features 8 playable characters, each with its own mechanical identity, and 8 Bosses that rewrite the rules of the table mid-run. Your build works, until it doesn't. Adapt or fall.
